Accio Stays Ahead of Customers’ Growth

Accio customers’ search volumes have increased significantly during this busy season (and that’s a great thing), so last month we added 44 cells to our compute cluster and have decreased our typical peak latency from 1.25s to 0.7s. Moreover, we have reduced the frequency of those peak events from several hundred per day to dozens per day. Over the next two weeks we’ll be adding an additional 24 cells and expect typical peak latency to decrease to less than half a second and the frequency to occur only a few times per day.
