Automated integrations with us fall into one of three categories: loose (e-mail), platform, and tight integration.

Loose integration

Loose integrations require no software development, just a commitment to accept orders from us via e-mail and fill them with a link provided in the e-mail.

Tight integration

Tight integration is fully computerized automation between our systems. Depending on the circumstances, we can integrate to your specifications or you can integrate to ours. Our requirements to launch a tight integration project with you are as follows:

• Neither party charges the other a fee for integration
• Both parties assign appropriate technical resources to the project
• The integration makes financial sense. E.G. we both anticipate enough increased volume from the integration to recoup our respective resource commitments.

Tight integration projects are initiated based purely on customer need.

Platform integration

If you are a data reseller using our technology today to manage your fulfillment process, direct sale platform users can dispatch their orders to your server. The orders will show up on your day sheets, can be assigned pricing categories, and can be invoiced just like any other orders you manage with our software.
