What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a self-starter, full stack software developer with experience developing in a UNIX environment.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for creating new features, fixing existing software bugs, and documentation. In addition, you will be working with the customer support and sales teams to answer technical questions relating to the application.

  • 6+ years of Enterprise web development experience

Applications Engineer.

The Applications Engineer serves as a bridge between Engineering and Customer Support. The AE analyzes and translates service issues into actionable tickets and responds immediately to fix code. The AE also helps to develop and maintain end-user documentation and QA automated test cases.

Customer Support Specialist.

The Customer Support Specialist works directly with customers over the phone or via email to provide world class enterprise level support. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing help and guidance to our clients’ technical issues, ranging from simple setup to complex business flow processes that require nuanced instruction. The CSS will also work closely with our engineering and QA departments to resolve customer reported bugs. We are looking for a highly-motivated person who is willing to take ownership of customer issues and see those problems through to resolution. Ideal candidates will be comfortable researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve any issues presented.

Responsibilities:

  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Prioritize and manage multiple issues at one time
  • Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Properly identify and escalate high priority issues to appropriate internal team members
  • Prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been fully resolved
  • Occasional onboarding of new clients
  • Work directly with Engineering and QA to resolve customer reported bugs

Requirements:

  • 1 year in a technical or customer support role
