Some examples of how our customers apply this technology are outlined below.

Youth Sports Associations We create a webpage for you where the applicant chooses the association he's with, then based on the association we run a series of checks on him and place the results in an account that the association coordinator has access to. For example, a baseball league might want to run a national sex offender search, a national criminal database search, and county criminal searches in every county of residence for the last 7 years. Our server would take the person's name, SSN, and date of birth and run an address history search on the candidate (either from public records or credit report information as you choose). Based on the address history, our system would order the appropriate courthouse searches and bill the applicant accordingly.

Self Employed Home Health Workers Association This is similar to the youth sports association case with a couple of notable exceptions -- the searches you would run would probably be different, including medical sanctions searches, adult abuse history, etc. And the delivery mechanism would need a twist -- the home worker would need a series of people, such as the members of the household or various contracting agencies, to be able to verify their screening status. In this case, we create a PIN number for the subject which the subject can provide to the verifying person. The verifier visits a URL on your system and is provided with a certified copy of the screening results.
